Aem - Solution Architect

We are looking for an AEM - Solution Architect for one of our clients in Auckland, New Zealand.

**Short Description**:
If your passion is to work with Infrastructure, Performance, and scalability aspects of AEM and its complete solution stack including Authors, Publishers, Dispatchers, CDN. Then this roles is for you.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements.
- Assist Overall Delivery Lead in design and review activities.
- Ensure successful completion of detailed design, POC etc.
- Work on estimation and sizing of new proposals.
- Review all project deliverables for completeness.
- Work closely with Solution Engineering team at client end.
- Support KT for future releases.
- Responsible for co-ordination with Product vendors as needed.

**Skills /Competencies**:
**Essential Skills**:

- 12+ years of IT industry experience.
- Certification in Adobe Experience Manager (Architect)
- Experience in architecting at least 2 large implementations of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience in designing content lifecycle using Adobe and Adobe Marketing tools.
- Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- Provide architectural guidance on Infrastructure, Performance, and scalability aspects of AEM and its complete solution stack including Authors, Publishers, Dispatchers, CDN etc.
- Hands on expertise in modern web technologies and architectural patterns specifically RESTful integrations.
- Own and lead end to end digital solution conversations on the Adobe platform stack.
- Minimum 6 years in AEMAs with primary focus to get user stories and deliverables completed from his/her respective team by providing required guidance, clarifications and removing any blockers.
- Should provide design, development approach and technical help to his/her team members and enable them to complete assigned tasks.
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
- Experience in leading a team of minimum 5 member team
- Hands-on in Git Hub, Sonar Cube, Mockito, IntelliJ.
- SAFE Agile Scrum process and DevOPS knowledge.
- Skillset: AEM (prefer working knowledge of headless / React framework), Java, JSP, Servlets, Java script, JQuery, ReactJS.
- Experience in Adobe Marketing Cloud tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, AAM.
- Working knowledge of SOLR, Adobe Analytics, COVEO.
- Troubleshoot and implement large and complex WCMS integrated Solutions within the client system architecture.
- Analyzing, designing, developing, testing, debugging, documenting & implementing customer requirements using AEM.
- Experience in implementing Migration projects into AEM platform with Headless/SPA architecture with React JS / Node JS, SXA / JSS headless implementation for VMs and Docker/Kubernetes on Azure Infrastructure.
- Mentor and cross-train less experienced team members.
- Excellent at troubleshooting and communicating status, root cause and results.
- Collaborate with development and QA team to prepare tests for assigned tasks.

**Preferred skills**:

- Experienced in designing implementation solution and migration strategy for large and complex AEM programs.
