Position Description:
Develop strategies, plan and execute activities that promote the awareness, recommendation, use and availability of Elanco Pet Health products.

Functions, Duties, Tasks:

- Identify trends, opportunities and threats so that strategies can be developed to meet challenges and market dynamics.
- Develop Marketing plans (including an Annual Plan) and related strategies, and execute product campaigns which are positioned correctly for the market and which generate optimal results in terms of sales, profitability and anticipated positioning and brand image.
- Review outcomes of campaigns to assess effectiveness and the return on investment.
- Align brand activity with forecasted demand for product.
- Support the sales team in the achieving sales budgets and targets.
- Represent Elanco at key client meetings, product launches, conferences, trade shows as required to promote the Elanco organisation, brand and its products.
- Contribute to Elanco New Zealand profitability by effective management of resources and control of costs within budgets e.g. entertainment, travel etc.
- Comply with legislation, company policies and required operating procedures.
- Treat with respect both internally and externally those that interact with the Brand Manager position.

Minimum Qualification:

- Tertiary qualification in business / marketing, or a minimum of 3 years in a marketing role.
- Proven sales and/or marketing skills.
- Analytical, project management, time management and excellent communication skills. High level of attention to detail. Ability to motivate and influence others.
