- Fonterra Oceania is our newly formed entity that merges the Fonterra Brands New Zealand (FBNZ) and Fonterra Australia operations, aimed at enhancing our competitive position in the trans-Tasman dairy market. The integration of Fonterra Brands New Zealand (FBNZ) and Fonterra Australia builds on similarities to outperform the competition, create scale and synergies, and will strengthen our competitive edge. This role will join a team that helps to build an even stronger trans-Tasman dairy business with reach across Oceania and beyond.**About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi**
- Take the reins on some of New Zealand’s most loved dairy beverage brands, leading exciting brand campaigns and sponsorship activations that have real impact. Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Beverages you will work closely with a collaborative and passionate team, driving consumer engagement and supporting product innovation across the beverages and lifestyle beverages portfolio. You will:
- Own and execute marketing campaigns that bring our beverages to life in market
- Lead promotional activity, events and sponsorships to build brand love and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and line extensions
- Dive into data and consumer insights to uncover new opportunities for growth
- Track brand performance and share key metrics and recommendations with the wider team

**About you | Ko wai koe**
- You’re a proactive and confident marketer who’s ready to take the next step in brand ownership. You bring creative thinking, commercial nous, and the energy to lead campaigns that connect with consumers and deliver business results. In addition to this you will have:
- 3 - 5 years of marketing experience, including time in a technical brand or commercial marketing role
- Confident managing stakeholders, agencies, and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A curious mindset, with a data-savvy approach and a passion for solving complex challenges
- Excellent organisation skills, with a focus on delivering outcomes aligned to business goals
