Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the key responsibilities for this role include:

- Manage a portfolio of brands by generating & executing strategies to grow market share, drive financial performance and improve patient/consumer outcomes.
- Deliver the key metrics (P&L, forecasting & key timelines) for each brand to ensure budget commitments are me.
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review, build & execute against strategic objectives for the assigned brand(s).
- Support the evaluation of potential new products and market development capitalising on opportunities.
- Use market research to help track and understand market dynamics & trends or develop insights.

The minimum qualifications and experience required for this role are:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Science.
- Demonstrated capability working in a product management role (Min 3 yrs. experience).
- Min 3 yrs. experience working in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry is preferable.
- Strong understanding of Marketing principles, brand planning, forecasting, and creating campaigns.
- High level of commercial acumen, ability to analyse and interpret data to deliver impactful insights.
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand (New Zealand Citizen or appropriate Visa holder)
