AUT's ICT Services is one of NZ's largest, with over 130 staff committed to the mission of AUT. ICT Services holds responsibility for the technology supporting over 30,000 students and over 3000 employees in New Zealand's only University of Technology.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Cybersecurity Graduate to join our integrated ICT department. You will be proactively helping to manage AUT's ICT cybersecurity activities, systems and service to identify, protect, detect, respond and recover from cybersecurity events. The skills, experience and relationships you will build will have significant and widespread impacts on the ICT systems and services within AUT and on users' perceptions of the delivery of services from ICT Operations.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification (degree or postgraduate)
- Sound knowledge and experience of best practice standards, cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities, network security architecture concepts, intrusion detection and prevention system and tools
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and customers to achieve understanding and action

**Salary Range**:$59,000 - $78,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
