Our client is the largest privately owned healthcare provider in New Zealand and is passionate about making a difference to the lives of patients and communities. They deliver care through 40+ general practice and urgent care clinics from Whangarei to Christchurch and treat over four thousand patients each day. Everything they do is focused on improving health and wellbeing in the community.

**About the role**:
This is a long term contracting opportunity, renewable every 6 months.

Our client is looking to transform the ways of working for team members across general practices, urgent care clinics and support offices. The organization has an agile workforce that services patients and communities and currently a manual rostering process and legacy payroll solution.

The vision to make it easy for the team to interact with employee lifecycle by implementing an integrated self-service portal - enabling employee and employer interactions, rostering, leave, pay
- mobilising the employee experience. For that reason, they are seeking a holistic Solution Architecture to enable the transformation for its workforce to ensure all technical considerations are considered, configurations are designed, support and maintenance of the technology components are documented - ensuring security, sustainability, and supportability of the end-to-end solution.

**Some of the responsibilities will include;**
- Establish a detailed and structured description of the features, processes, and behaviour of an integrated workforce management solution
- Provide an integrated solution architecture including: Digital enterprise operating environment, antivirus solutions and services, Cloud integrations with secure solutions and services, Mobile experience for users ensuring security and anytime anywhere access to the solution and services, managed partner requirements for supportability, infrastructure, management and maintenance of solutions and services
- Ensure the service health, service levels, availability, capacity, and resilience for the integrated solution for workforce management
- Delivery of a High-Level Solution Architecture, Low-Level Solution Architecture including all integration, security and configurations and associated documentation.

**About you**:

- Solid experience in solution architecture, and experience providing architecture solutions and services in complex enterprise environments
- Strong engagement experience with users and technology specialists
- Demonstrated experience in delivering secure multi-layer technical integrations across hybrid digital landscapes.
- Delivery of solution architectures considering technologies such as Operating Systems, Storage, Backup and Recovery, MFA, Server/Network Hardware, Citrix, Virtualisation, Orchestration and Data Centre and Cloud technologies
- Understanding of security and communication technologies such as firewalls, proxy infrastructure, IPS, IDS, LAN/WAN Networking, load balancing technologies, authentication technologies, Security Reporting solutions and technologies.
- Team-orientated, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on delivering high quality work ensuring business productivity
