Chief Revenue Officer

While the world of business travel is changing, we’re preparing companies for this with intelligent technology that helps them ensure the continued safety and wellbeing of their travelers. **Requirements**: Serko is growing across a number of market segments and we're on the hunt for a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer. Reporting to the CEO and working alongside our executive and leadership team members, you'll be responsible for all revenue-generating elements within the organization. You'll execute corporate strategic plans by expanding into new customer segments and partnerships as well as optimizing existing ones. Own and architect the go-forward revenue growth strategy for the organization and define the most suitable markets and market segments. You'll be leading existing sales and commercial channels, partnerships, commercial opportunities and adding new ones. Partner with the product team to strengthen our product position across market segments and contribute to inorganic strategies for growth. You'll optimize our long-term existing relationships / partnerships as well as staying well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into product development and enhancement cycles. You'll be cross-collaborating with finance, product management, marketing, etc. on analysis to inform and define the pricing strategies and business models, and with supporting functions to identify and resolve issues across the marketing, sales and account management functions to maximize performance of people, process, systems and structures. Bring with you your proven work experience as a Chief Revenue Officer or similar role, along with your track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding and partnerships within technololgy. You'll have significant general management and P&L experience across a range of markets globally and will talk to your successes in change leadership.
