Due to an internal promotion (promoted to CEO) we are looking to hire a talented and commercially driven Executive member to be our Chief Revenue Officer. **The opportunity - Te tūranga** In this high-profile role reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing, driving, and executing the strategy to accelerate digital revenue and includes responsibility for: - Lead the successful delivery of TVNZ's commercial outcomes across all TV and online platforms and revenue streams in line with the agreed strategic goals and operating plans. - Lead innovation in digital advertising solutions that enables revenue to grow to scale. - Lead the successful delivery of TVNZ's marketing strategy across all TV and online platforms in line with the agreed strategic goals and operating plans. - Ensure that TVNZ is a sustainable business with positive EBITDAF from FY28 and beyond **What we're looking for - Tā mātou e kimi nei** To be successful in this role, we are looking for the - Sophisticated stakeholder influencing skills. - Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in an environment of competing interests and limited resources. - Wealth of experience in leadership skills at an Executive team and demonstrated ability leading large complex and high performing teams. - Strong transformational leadership experience to accelerate TVNZ's transition from a linear broadcaster to a digital first, multi-platform video content service provider. - Proven sales leadership experience in service-related industries - Known experience in strategic sales delivery. - Successful revenue generation in multi-million-dollar environments - Strong experience in commercial and financial management skills and experience. - Demonstrated experience leading strategic marketing delivery. **Why we're here - Tā mātou tino Kaupapa** Te Reo Tātaki (TVNZ) translates to "the leading voice" and our kaupapa (purpose) is to "inspire the conversations of Aotearoa."
