Mō te Tūranga - About the role
As Chief People Officer, you will play an integral role in ensuring Crown Law can perform at its peak today and into the future. You will be a trusted advisor to the executive Leadership Team, working with them to create a high performance, inclusive culture at Crown Law.
Te Ao Māori and te Tiriti sit at the heart of everything we do at Crown Law, and as CPO you will help bring that to life. You will work with teams across the office to provide expert HR advice and create a positive workplace culture where how we work is as important as what we do.
You will provide organisational leadership in developing and delivering workforce planning and priorities that support Crown Law's overall strategic direction. Building the people strategies, developing scalable frameworks, standardising processes, and uplifting capability will all be part of the challenge ahead. This role requires strategic vision supported with robust pragmatism.
You will lead a highly capable HR group who deliver the full range of HR activities (HR Advisory, Wellbeing, Health and Safety, Culture and Capability and Payroll services and reporting).

This role is Wellington-based and located next to Wellington bus and train station.
**Mō mātou - What we offer**:

- A starting salary range of between $195,000 and $230,000. The appointing salary will be based on skills and experience
- An annual wellness payment
- Funding for professional memberships and study
- Five weeks annual leave plus three additional leave days (Crown Law days)
