Wellington, Wellington, New Zealand IHC Group Full time

Message from the CEO Andrew Crisp

"We are entering an exciting time in the evolution of the organisation. This is a chance to join a great organisation making meaningful impact on the lives of New Zealanders.

We seek highly capable and value-driven individuals who will join the executive team to champion this next chapter. You will work at the nexus of vision and execution, ensuring that our historic values - dignity, fairness, inclusion, self‑advocacy, and mana - continue to guide us even as we adapt to changing policy environments, funding models, and community expectations. Your leadership will help bring coherence, energy, and strategic clarity to our many programmes and subsidiaries, and to galvanise internal and external stakeholders around shared purpose.

This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead in an organisation with deep roots, strong reputation, and a renewed ambition. As an executive, you will be entrusted to safeguard what has come before, while helping shape what comes next."

  • Oversee safeguarding, quality systems, incident management, and continuous improvement
  • Drive service transformation and workforce capability development
  • Strengthen partnerships with families, communities, Māori, and sector stakeholders
