Job Description

This is a key role designed to ensure we have the right stock, in the right place, at the right time to meet customer demand—supporting sales while minimising overstocks and stock outs.

As a Replenishment Analyst, you’ll be responsible for ensuring product availability through exception-based inventory management, with collaboration across our merchandise buying, planning, and retail operations teams. Your insights will help us deliver better customer outcomes and improve the efficiency of our supply chain.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing daily and weekly exceptions in RELEX to reduce overstocks and stock outs
- Reviewing replenishment proposals, and master data to ensure accuracy and actionability
- Engaging with stakeholders to mitigate supply constraints and support flow optimisation
- Collaborating with Trading Leads and Operations to align store space and stock levels with key trading events and the promotional calendar
- Supporting DC-to-store allocations or manual order processes where supply constraints exist
- Managing product lifecycles by reviewing new line introductions and product exits, ensuring master data is up to date
- Reviewing weekly clearance proposals, identifying opportunities, and supporting informed decision-making
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities across processes and team capability

Qualifications

**Qualifications**:
We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for data, strong analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in demand or replenishment planning in a retail or supply-to-retail environment
- Previous exposure to seasonal categories (e.g., Home, Grocery, Leisure, or Back to School) is highly advantageous
- Strong data analysis skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Sound communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with forecasting, inventory management systems (RELEX experience is a bonus)
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo
