As the Branch Administration Officer you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administration, accounts and customer service support for the Auckland Wiri branch. This is a varied and interesting role where your responsibilities will include helping with:

- The administration for deliveries including UGCs, credit notes, etc.
- Reconciling driver run sheets
- Checking UGC’s have been recorded and upload into VE and creating credit notes.
- General reception duties
- Writing up Cylinder Exchange Dockets for customers coming into branch to exchange cylinders.
- Providing cover and support for the Branch Administration Officer as required.

This role is part time Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day - start time is 7am/8am.
**Qualifications**
As well as been a great team member who takes pride in their work, and has 'get up and go' you will have:

- Previous experience in a Administration, Office Manager, Customer Service, Accounts or equivalent role
- Proficient at using computer software including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Accounts/finance skills including debtors, creditors, reconciliations, invoicing and month end processes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent relationship management skills.
