**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

In this role of Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll work as a part of the Health & Safety team, as well as organisation-wide for designated projects. This includes project management, process development, reporting, administration and liaising with all stakeholders (management, employees and H&S representatives and a variety of external parties).

You’ll also contribute to H&S strategy, developing a H&S culture and help develop our annual programme of work. The role reports to the Health & Safety Manager.

**Moū - About you**

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

- proven experience in Health & Safety at the level of professional advisor
- the ability to manage a diversity of relationships
- proven process improvement, project & change management skills and the ability to be successful via influence.

A tertiary qualification in Health & Safety or related area would be an advantage.
