National Sales Manager

This remote role will be part of the wider NZ Sales team and be responsible for the management of the SMB sales team which consists of 5 salespeople. It will be responsible for the overall SMB target as well as its own allocated target. This role will coach, mentor, and develop team members.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Manage SMB Sales Team
- Meet revenue targets
- Coach, mentor and develop sales team members
- Lead funnel management and health for the SMB team
- Work with internal departments
- 10+ years sales experience
- Team management experience
- Telematics solutions sales experience
- Proven success in building pipeline and moving opportunities through sales cycle.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable and achieve good outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
