Senior Programme Advisor - Transformation Office

Ko wai mātou / About Us
MSD's Transformation Office is responsible for leading the strategic management of MSD's overall work programme, which includes Te Pae Tawhiti Transformation Programme (future direction) and the Integrated Work Programme (current and ongoing change initiatives).

The Transformation Office has two core functions that are intrinsically linked:
Enterprise Planning, Processes & Tools - focuses on how we prioritise, plan, and deliver on our multiple programmes of work across the enterprise as well as increase MSD's maturity in its SAFe delivery approach.
Value Management & Governance - focuses on reporting, controls management, assurance, governance coordination, benefits and value management, and investment advice to governance.

Te āhua o te tūranga / About the role
This role will have a specific focus on Enterprise Planning, Processes and Tools.
As a Senior Programme Advisor, you will be designing and implementing best practices in the way we prioritise, plan, and deliver our work. You will provide strategic and operational support and advice to varying Portfolios and work streams whilst ensuring you are taking an enterprise view.
Contributing to the development of strategy, work programme and frameworks for the enterprise you will help position the Transformation Office to meet the current and future needs of MSD in the way we plan.
You will also showcase your exceptional facilitation and communication skills during quarterly planning.
You will be someone who has highly effective organisation, planning and communication skills and be a motivated individual who can adapt easily to the needs of the programme within a time pressured environment.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako / Skills and experience
- Exceptional organisation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in managing senior stakeholder groups.
- Sound knowledge and experience working in a multi-modal project methodology environment with particular experience with SAFe.
- Experience in the development of critical core artefacts that support programme planning and demonstrate programme progress.
- Proven decision-making in the face of challenging and time bound situations.

Position Description

**Salary range**: $99,546.00 - $120,778.00
