**Customer Care Manager - Collections and Customer Service**

People and Customer Centric role heavily focused on continuous improvement and service excellence..

You will be responsible for managing 4 Leaders and indirectly their teams. On a weekly basis you will be responsible for coaching mentoring and supporting your Managers, Reporting, Overseeing the day to day running of the Collections and Customer Care centre as well as running Contact Centre related projects.

You will need a solid knowledge and understanding of how Contact Centres tick ideally in the Collections space and have had experience managing Leaders. You will have a head for numbers and data and enjoy running proactive projects.

**About the Role**:

- Working towards some lofty commercial goals and overseeing the daily operational rhythm
- Non corporate environment, forward thinking environment
- Monday - Friday Business hours (with the options to work from home)
- Centre is based in Newmarket with plenty of parking options
- Collaborative team with a great culture - with everyone mucking in to achieve company goals
- Work closely with a supportive and strong leadership team
- Base salary + bonus, additional 2 weeks leave, birthday off

You are an experienced Contact Centre Manager / Leader with exposure to running Collections teams and managing Leaders.
