**About the role**
We have an exciting role at our Controlled Temperature Distribution Centre as an Inventory Analyst. In this role you will complete analysis and set up of storage locations, set up of new items and new suppliers. You will help deliver our slotting strategy and work on continuous improvement of our quality impacts to customers from our Supply Chain.
**Your day-to-day tasks will include**:
- Responsible for maintaining the Stock & Inventory accuracy levels across the DC
- Perform schedule Stock takes and quality assurance (QA) checks accurately in a required time framework.
- Perform Cancel pick counts and Cycle Counts, including pick slots and reserve counts.
- Investigating all stock and Inventory variances in WMS and SAP.
- Maintaining good warehouse practices to minimise damages.
- Processing vender returns in SAP and WMS.
- Investigate and process store return’s physically and virtually.
- Looking after Inwards goods queries, receiving, CPQ etc.
- Process and investigate store claims in SAP and WMS.
- Slotting New Lines into DC.
- Review slotting opportunities to reduce errors by operational teams and minimise damages.
- Replenishment settings for existing lines to improve first pick compliance.
- Review and complete store claims including data entry for analysis.
- Assisting with training of WMS systems as they relate to inventory control for new team members.

**About you**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a DC/ warehouse environment
- Outstanding SAP & WMS process understanding and high degree of technical skill with Microsoft Excel
- Preferably a good understanding of BI tools and reporting.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and complete data inputs or updates accurately and in a timely manner
- Able to think on your feet and be responsive in a fast-paced environment where speed and quality are equally important
- Be a trusted contributor to the Inventory team and influence slotting decision-making for the best business outcomes
- Ideally you will have experience working in an FMCG environment
- Comfortable working in temperatures of 2-3 degrees down to -22 degrees in our freezer.
The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $66,000 per year plus company benefits
