ERP Support Analyst

**The Role**
Our client is searching for a skilled Dynamics 365 ERP Support Analyst specializing in the Finance and Operations module with a focus on manufacturing processes. As a crucial member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements to optimize the Dynamics 365 environment. Your expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, coupled with manufacturing domain knowledge, will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our clients ERP system to meet the operational needs of our organization.
**Duties**
- ** Technical Support**: Provide end-to-end support for Dynamics 365, including incident resolution, user assistance, and system configuration changes.
- ** Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Finance and Operations module, including but not limited to manufacturing processes, inventory management, supply chain, and financial operations.
- ** System Enhancements**: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement system enhancements, customizations, and configurations to improve efficiency and meet business objectives.
- ** Documentation and Training**: Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and training materials. Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
- ** Data Analysis**: Utilize analytical tools and techniques to perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to drive informed decision-making within the organization.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, manufacturing, IT, and third-party vendors to address business requirements, resolve issues, and implement system integrations.
- ** Compliance and Security**: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices related to data security, privacy, and financial reporting within the Dynamics 365 environment.

**Skills & Experience**
- Dynamics 365
- Proficiency in D365 F & O modules including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement and Sourcing, Production Control, logistics and Inventory Management.
- Experience in system customization, configuration, and integration using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
