Primarily supporting logistics financial & delivery performance by developing and executing strong business process across all parts of the logistics function.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Responsible for Logistics invoicing - PO / Spend and Reporting, Monitoring spend vs budget (challenging supplier invoices), Champion the Logistics Expenditure vs Budget by processing all logistics supplier invoices, and supplier claims in a timely way.
- Challenges invoices, treating spend as your own. Champion claims process so that Logistics is reimbursed for damage to plant, property, & inventory.
- Responsible for actioning customer credits and returns. Ensures returns are booked back into inventory in a timely way, to ensure the customer credit is processed within 10 days of receipt. Work across Customer Services and Inventory Teams to effectively manage this process.
- Responsible for logistics analysis. This role is a central point of KPI collection & reporting across the Logistics Team. Analyse trends and interpret data of logistics activities and outcomes and suggests improvements. Analyse trends and interpret data over longer periods of time and suggest improvements.
- Monitor correct data gathering for DCS, BCS and produce timely and accurate data to prepare reports on performance.
- Monitor and analyse asset and equipment usage and suggest improvements.
- Act as a key player and support the Warehouse and Transport Manager to ensure Logistics Targets are delivered
- Support the tender process by providing analysis of past activities to find areas of improvement and providing lane data for the tender
- Analyse trends and interpret data over longer periods to make improvement suggestions for LSP management.
- Make deployments of transportation activities and suggest improvements in safety, processes and assets
- Report KPIs via right platforms and alerts on performance deviations of indicators out of control and perform root cause analysis.
- Provide transport manager reports to monitor sick leave and absenteeism, FTE management (permanent & temporary).Be the central point of KPI reporting & analysis for the Logistics Function through daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly scorecards. Collaborate with Logistics Managers, North and South Islands to develop this effective bank of KPI reporting.
- Supports the timely flow of Inventory to customers or breweries by Road or Container by being the back up for Planning and Inventory.
- Participates in all TPM activities required as part of the Logistics TPM program. This includes DCM, 5S and improvement teams where required.
- Review current systems and process to enhance / digitise or & automate the process to remove reliance on paper and manual processes.

**Your background and experiences**:

- Bachelor in Business
- 3 years in business, preferably logistics.
- Microsoft Office : Excel. SAP (Financials)
- Financial understanding, Strong Analytical Skills having the ability to analyse data for trends and professionalise KPI reporting
