**He Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role**

We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the clerical team in the Radiology Department at Tauranga Hospital.

**This person will be responsible for**:

- Entering patient information and scheduling patient's appointments
- Providing patient Information for preparation
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Liaise with all technologists regarding bookings

**He Korero mōu | About You**

**To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Have the ability to empathise with patients and staff
- Ability to work under pressure
- Worked in a Radiology practice
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Pleasant telephone manner
- A working knowledge of the Radiology Information System (Karisma) and Webpas would be an advantage.
