Barista / FOH Superstar - full time

About us
We are a busy and growing café bakery in Wigram, looking for a full time experienced barista & café all-rounder. The applicant must be able to make great coffee at a fast pace, and know how to hustle

Qualifications & experience
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a barista or Café assistant
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude with passion working in hospitality
- Have the capacity to learn quickly
- Be reliable and open minded
- Work well in a team, and autonomously
- Be able to work quickly and multi task
- Maintaining the 'vibe', clean and energetic environment
- Communicating with other team members in an efficient and friendly manner

Job details:

- Weekend availability essential, this will be a Weds - Sun roster
- No evening and night shifts
- We close on public holidays which you'll have off as well
- We shut for a few weeks over the summer holidays so you can enjoy some sunshine
- You'll be working on a brand new La Marzocco Strada espresso machine
- Immediate start available
