Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and leading a dynamic team? We are looking for an energetic and professional Front of House to join our team at Gladstone Bar 2024 Limited.

Main Tasks
  • Direct, oversee, and manage daily front-of-house operations.
  • Determine required tasks and allocate duties to team members.
  • Prepare staff rosters and maintain shift reports.
  • Ensure correct staffing levels are maintained, including absence coordination.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to operating standards for greater efficiency.
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by managing all front-office activities.
  • Increase occupancy and profitability by promoting restaurant services and amenities through effective upselling strategies.
  • Proactively manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring positive resolutions.
  • Receive and process customer payments accurately.
  • Check and report any maintenance issues related to brewing or restaurant equipment.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures within the restaurant.
