We are seeking Temporary Traffic Management Workers (TTMW) and Traffic Management Operatives (TMO) to help deliver the Waipa District Council Maintenance and Renewals Contract. Based out of our Leamington depot, you will assist with the delivery of safe and efficient Temporary Traffic Management activities under the direction of a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS). Ultimately you will work to ensure the safety of your crew and the public through clear and accurate direction of traffic. You will also:

- Help with both the planning, delivery and regular monitoring of Temporary Traffic Management sites across the Waipa district transportation network
- Engage with customers and road users in a positive manner
- Various driving duties

**Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills**

You will be a physically fit and motivated person and will bring with you:

- Class 1 Restricted or Full New Zealand Driver License
- A valid TMO warrant and/or a genuine interest in Traffic Management
- Flexibility to work weekends, night shift and regularly rostered to complete on-call / afterhours response (essential)
- Show commitment to the creation of a zero harm contract environment
