We are seeking an experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to ensure safe and efficient traffic management on construction sites and public roads.

Job Description:

As an STMS, you'll oversee traffic control activities, ensuring road safety compliance, managing traffic flow, and leading teams on-site. You'll develop and implement traffic management plans (TMP), coordinate with contractors and authorities, and monitor roadworks to minimize disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise traffic control setups and ensure safety regulations are met.
  • Develop and implement traffic management plans.
  • Ensure proper signage, barriers, and road closures.
  • Lead and support traffic management teams.
  • Conduct risk assessments and inspections.
  • Maintain records of activities and incidents.

Requirements:

  • STMS certification (Level 1, 2, or 3).
  • Experience in traffic management and construction supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of NZ road safety regulations.
  • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clean driver's license.
