**Your new company**

I am currently recruiting for multiple 6-month fixed-term contract roles as a Payroll Analyst based in Central Auckland within the public sector. This role is a great opportunity for those seeking flexibility in a supportive work environment. This project role has the objective of remediating current and terminated employees for any Holidays Act non-compliance.

**Your new role**
- Remediating current and terminated employees for any Holidays Act non-compliances
- Making changes to any HR system, including the payroll system, policies and procedures
- Interpret MECAs and IEAs
- Supporting the payroll systems work stream with the configuration and testing of new compliant systems

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum of 2 years experience processing complex payrolls
- Sound understanding of the Holidays Act
- Intermediate user of Microsoft products, especially Excel, Word & Outlook
- AMS Leader payroll experience is desirable

**What you'll get in return**
- $75-$85k depending on experience
- Flexibility to work from home up to 4 days per week
- Central Auckland location
- Working within a close-knit supportive team
