**H2R** are immediately after a talented Principal Payroll Systems Analyst on an hourly basis for a period of 5-6 months to support the BAU Payroll function at a govt organisation. Newly created team.

**Term**:Five-month contract, starting asap**
**Rate**:$110.00 - $130.00 per hour**
Our client needs a highly skilled and experienced Analyst with expertise in ECP and Success Factors to join our team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a challenging project and help drive our payroll operations to the next level.
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of ECP payroll systems and Success Factors.
- Provide expert technical support for SAP payroll systems and Success Factors and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, prioritize and execute solutions.
- Manage payroll system upgrades, maintenance and testing activities.
- Provide guidance and training to other team members on SAP payroll systems and Success Factors.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and ensure proper security measures are in place.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or related field (not essential).
- experience with ECP payroll systems and Success Factors (EC/ECP).
- Strong understanding of payroll operations and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
