**What you will be doing**

Reporting to the Business Enterprise Support and Engineering Manager, you help accelerate Tower's strategy by owning our capability framework.

**Dive into the heart of your responsibilities**:

- Governing and developing the framework to ensure that we continuously improve our ability to understand the customer impact of a change while delivering safely, swiftly and better.
- Be a liaison for teams that sit outside of the squad/practice model building relationships across both the technical and non-technical sides of Tower
- You will be spending time in this leadership style role and on the tools defining and ensuring the highest standards across the practice.
- Working with CXO and Platform Delivery Lead as a Key stakeholder to ensure Quality
- Full cross squad awareness - what work is going on, what state is it in, how it all fits together. The macro view of the platform deliverable

**What you'll need**
- A minimum of 5 years working as a hands-on engineer and experience in training and mentoring staff.
- Hands on experience and an expert in software development
- Firm understanding of Architecture, SDLC and Product development
- Communications skills with both technical and non-technical people
- Understanding of 'Best Practice' in the field of software development
- Demonstrated experience in making decisions based on data and business value
- Excellent collaborator across all teams to achieve best possible customer experiences
- Stakeholder management and negotiation experience
- Experience in working in scaled Agile delivery and ways of working
