**About the role**:
While reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will lead the development of HR management systems and processes and will provide special input to the global recruitment process.
You will make an impact by:
- implementing professional processes for recruitment, induction, performance review and offboarding
- supervising remuneration reviews, based on individual performance and market data
- facilitating employee development to improve team performance
- managing our HR statutory obligations in NZ and Spain to ensure ongoing legal compliance
- creating and implementing essential HR policies consistent with MEGA's decentralised, fast moving operations
- providing regular reports on HR status, issues and opportunities.
We offer flexible work arrangements for employees based at our Auckland office. Please note this role will require some early morning and evening work to communicate with teams in many different time zones.

You have:
- demonstrable achievements as a Human Resource Manager, possibly in a professional services industry
- experience with international recruitment — tech recruitment experience would be a bonus
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
