Training Lead

We are looking for a **Training Lead** to join our vibrant and innovative training team. Reporting to the Training and Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of training specialists to developing and delivering best in class training.

What will you be doing?
- Creating a high-performing team through empowered leadership, trust, development and collaboration
- Manage the integration and execution of initiatives ensuring that learning solutions are 'fit for purpose' and focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Actively review and report on key themes and learnings uncovered through Voice of Customer with a view of continuously improving the customer experience
- Be responsible for integration of learning solution to enable campaigns, promotions, and business initiatives
- Create and review training content aligned with training plans and curriculums for differing modalities e.g., face to face, quick reference guides etc all with high quality outcomes
- Maintain internal train the trainer programme to ensure succession of Training specialist roles

What skills and knowledge you bring to the role?
- 2-3 years experience working in a learning and development role with experience in competency frameworks, general staff induction, vendor management as well as technical and compliance learning
- Experience in frontline business units within an insurance or financial services is preferable
- Strong leadership capability with a track record of engaging and inspiring teams
- Project Management or agile delivery methods as applied to learning design and delivery
- Proven ability to work with mínimal supervision on complex learning projects
- Strong background in learning needs analysis, solution design and development, implementation, embedding and evaluation to realise business impact and outcomes
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills
