**Purpose of the role**
The Junior Sales primary purpose will be to improve & deepen existing account relationships. You will also be motivated in developing plans for nominated accounts to engage in new business.

**Key duties**
- Development and execution of business plans to support the proactive development of deeper customer relationships with nominated accounts
- Development of new business as per broader company business targets.
- Monthly reporting on existing business performance and new business development
- Ensuring CRM is up to date for nominated accounts (e.g. leads/opportunities, call reports, customer details)
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales forecasts
- Action of price reviews in timely & efficient manner
- Comply with legislation and Company policy and procedures around food safety

**We require the following skills and/or experience**
- High level of commercial negotiation experience
- Manufacturing experience is preferred, especially within the Food Industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and relates well to all levels within and outside of the organisation
- Experience in problem solving and providing innovative advice and solutions
- Has a high level of commercial financial expertise around planning, pricing, and margin analysis
