This newly defined leadership role will suit someone who is action-oriented, detail-driven, and thrives on making systems smarter and processes stronger. You will lead the shift from a traditional HR service model to a fully integrated business partnering function. As the People & Capability Manager, you'll be responsible for reviewing and improving our HR systems, workflows and reporting, while guiding the implementation of best practice in areas such as payroll, workforce planning, remuneration, succession planning and compliance. You'll also oversee a small team and play a key role in cyclical HR projects and will report into the GM of people & Capability.
