About our group | Mō te roopu
The purpose of the People and Capability Group is to deliver core people services to the EPA. We develop our people, capabilities and culture to enable our people and the organisation to thrive.

About the role | Mō te tūnga
We are seeking a generalist HR Advisor to provide high quality, end-to-end people advice across EPA business groups and people leaders to support achievement of the People & Capability and organisational strategies.

This includes providing advice across the whole spectrum of the employee lifecycle. From recruitment to remuneration to HR Systems management - you’ll do it all. You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in interesting and exciting organisational development initiatives including talent management, diversity and employee engagement.

You will be assigned your business portfolios and provide advice on recruitment and generalist activities. If you are in the early stages of your career in HR, this is a great opportunity to explore the full range of HR to build your career.

About you | Mōhou ake
We are looking for someone with a range of skills and experience - if you have some or all of the below, we would love to hear from you.

**Essential to your success will be**:

- knowledgeable of remuneration and performance approaches 
- a desire to build on your experience of reporting and analytics, including providing insights into data and trends
- exposure to payroll practices, processes, and systems
- exposure to end to end recruitment
- strong relationship management skills
- experience in an HR advisory or similar role
- supporting the development of new HR initiatives, process improvement and change management
- a keen learner
- the ability to get stuck in and work collaboratively with a great team

**It is desirable but not essential that you also have**:

- exposure to HRIS such as SAP Success Factors, MYOB and PayGlobal (other relevant HRIS experience is also useful)
- a Korn Ferry job evaluation accreditation and/or experience.

Salary range
$68,541 - $102,811 per annum (midpoint $85,676).

This is the full salary range. Appointments are made within the range depending on skills and experience.
