**The role**:
You will play a critical role in ensuring that we have the right products at the right price to meet the needs of our customers. You will also be responsible for negotiating prices, managing inventory levels and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

**The job**:
This is a busy role that encompasses all aspects of the accounts payable function, reconciling invoices and accounts while building relationships with our suppliers and branches. The key responsibilities include
- Invoice Processing: Efficient and accurate processing of supplier invoices in a timely manner.
- Payment Processing: Prepare and process payments to vendors ensuring adherence to payment terms.
- Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and address inquiries related to accounts payable.
- Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliation of supplier statements
- Expense Reporting: Assist in the review and processing of employee expense reports.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable.
- Month-End Closing: Assist in month-end closing activities, including reporting and analysis.
- Other AP duties: as and when required by the AP/Finance Manager

Skills and attributes required:

- Strong computer skills,100% data entry accuracy
- Excellent time management skills
- Focused and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills, proficient in English
- Thrive to build strong relationships
- Time management skills which are second to none
- Ability to add improvisations contributing to team efficiency.
- Prior use of SAGE is certainly a bonus
- Experience working with invoices, payment runs, end to end processing is beneficial
