**Mō te tūnga | About the role**

In this role you will be report to our finance manager and be part of a small, dedicated team of professionals. The position will primarily focus on accounts processing and reconciliation of payables and assisting the finance manager with reconciliations and month end accounting procedures. You will also be involved in some accounts preparation work and will at times be involved in wider business projects.

**Ko wai koe | About You**

We are seeking an experienced accounts payable professional who will bring an eye for process improvement and who will take ownership of the role. You will be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills allowing you to engage easily with the wider users. Your proactive approach to supplier relationships will be invaluable as you work to manage reprioritising payments and streamlining the tracking and status process.

Your skills will include:

- A significant amount of accounts payable experience
- An intermediate level of computer literacy
- A strong background in MYOB, Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite
- Great communications skills
- The ability to grow beneficial relationships within the organisation
