Aliaxis is a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of advanced plastic piping systems, providing sustainable innovative solutions for water and energy, leading the industry in a way that anticipates the rapidly evolving needs of their customers.

**About the role**:
OCG has partnered exclusively with the business to find them their next stand-out Territory Manager, preferably based in the Waikato, covering from here, through Auckland and up to and including Northland.

Responsible for achieving focused growth targets, in the rural, irrigation, civil and other markets through regular visits, sales and account development planning and implementation of business plans, some of the key tasks include:

- Achievement of territory sales budgets
- Account development through positive customer relationship management
- Product training for customers, and merchandising activity
- Maintenance of industry connections and awareness of market and competitors
- Go the extra mile - protect and enhance customer relationships with the business

**About you**:

- Experience in a similar role of B2B sales, with a passion for the relevant markets
- Knowledge of irrigation and hydraulic principles in relation to the movement of water would be seen as a distinct advantage
- Proven value selling and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated stakeholder management ability
- Commercial acumen and market knowledge, to aid with customer and market insights and decision making
- An excellent team player
