We are continuing to build our test team and due to this growth are pleased to be able to welcome an additional Senior Test Analyst / Kaitātari Whakamātau Mātāmua to the Z whānau. If you love functional and technical testing and are keen to take the lead on developing test approaches for key pieces of work this could be just the change you are looking for.

**You will have the opportunity to**
- Provide functional & technical testing capabilities
- Provide test knowledge, expertise, and the knowhow to achieve the right outcomes and best test approach
- Work with and engage other squads across Z to lean on skillsets and knowledge base
- Work with Z’s delivery partners to understand test efficiencies and overlaps
- Mentor, support and develop the growth of others in the testing team
- Contribute to, and work as part of a cross functional digital team transitioning to new and advanced technology
- Evaluate & explore new technologies and tools

**Qualifications**

**What you’ll bring to Z**
- 5+ years testing experience using a range of technologies and platforms
- Experience in the use of database query tools (eg SQL Server Management Studio). Includes the ability to construct SQL queries and understand database construction.
- Hands-on functional & technical testing experience across the entire testing lifecycle
- Knowledge of software testing methods in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Strong ability to self-manage & strong problem-solving capability, planning ability, and focus on execution with excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage excellent relationships, through well-developed communication skills.

The indicative base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $115,000 per annum, plus 15% bonus based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
