We are looking for fantastic Duty Managers for Pizza Hut Stores. Our stores are busy and needs people bursting with potential to work alongside them and learn how to run a business.

To ensure the overall smooth and effective operation of the business with a strong customer service orientation. You will liaise with the Store Manger to discuss issues which will facilitate the smooth running and high quality of the business and to perform the following tasks on a day to day basis and will take sole charge for these tasks,

We are seeking people who can demonstrate the following:
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Directing the activities of Team Members to make the most effective contribution to the restaurant operation by allocating defined responsibilities to each employee and monitoring performance.
- Be responsible for running shifts and manage the store on day to day basis.
- Effectively manage all employees on shift, adhering to company guidelines in circumstances requiring employee counselling or discipline.
- To ensure that controls and procedures necessary to protect the safety of employees and customers, company funds, property and plant are maintained by all employees on any shift under supervision.
- Be part of ordering, managing wastage and controlling Labour costs.
- Assist with the overall running and management of a busy fast food environment.
- Assist Store Manager to recruit, screen, hire, train and develop new and existing staff.
- Maintain inventory and stock levels and order products when needed.
- Complete the manual poll procedure and ensure that accurate daily stock take figures are entered into the Automated Restaurant Management System.
- Maintain a highly professional standard and ensure every other employee or shift worker does it.
- Thoroughly learn and put to practice all the Health & Safety regulations and ensure every other employee and co worker does it as well.

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Rotating roster
