Papakura Pak’nSave is on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Duty Manager to join our team. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you

**Role Overview**: As a Duty Manager, you will be the key leader in the store when Department Managers are absent. Your mission is to ensure top-notch product quality, an exceptional shopping experience, and the smooth operation of the store. This includes overseeing security, service excellence, and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead and Inspire**: Motivate and guide team members to achieve their best.
- ** Ensure Optimal Performance**: Oversee all departments to ensure the store runs efficiently.
- ** Champion Customer Service**: Maintain high standards of service and professional staff conduct.
- ** Foster a Safe Environment**: Ensure a secure and safe workplace for all.
- ** Resolve Customer Issues**: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- ** Maintain Store Appearance**: Regularly circulate the floor to ensure an inviting shopping experience.
- ** Uphold Merchandising Standards**: Ensure attractive and consistent product displays.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Legal right to work in New Zealand
- Liquor Manager's Certificate (current or previous)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Forklift license and First Aid Certificate
- 2+ years of supermarket experience as a supervisor or Duty Manager

**Working Hours**: Tuesday to Saturday: 1:30 AM - 10:30 PM
