The Membership & Marketing team is looking for a new Partnerships Manager to join our talented and ambitious team.

The Partnerships Manager is a highly visible role in the business and is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that benefit our Members, the Partner, and the AA.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
- Partnership Strategy: Work closely with the Head of Membership & Loyalty and the Membership product team to develop and execute the Member Benefit Partner strategy and construct, ensuring clear benefits for Members, partners, and the AA.
- Channel optimisation: Optimise partner activity across Membership marketing channels through proactive planning and collaboration with the marketing team, leveraging data for effective targeting and to maximise Member engagement.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners to ensure mutual objectives are achieved.
- Partner Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new Member benefit partners, overseeing system implementations and ensuring effective internal and external communications.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyse transactional, engagement and value data, leveraging insights to optimise Member and Partner engagement strategies.

About You | Mōu
- Experience: 8+ years in partnerships management or related roles
- Relationship building: Strong relationship building skills with proven ability to positively influence stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyse metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimise product performance.
- Commercial Acumen: Solid understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and ability to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Communication: Skilled at building and developing relationships across a complex eco-system i.e. Member Experience frontline teams, mobility and legal.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple priorities and driving change through innovation and continuous improvement.
