**Junior Office Assistant**

We are looking for a star to join our admin team at Raeward Fresh Wholesale Tasman (you will be based in our McGlashen Avenue office) as a part time junior office assistant. This role is Monday to Friday with a start time of 5am - 10.30am (minimum 25 hours a week but likely to increase over summer months). The occasional Saturday shift may also be needed to cover other staff.

Raeward Fresh Wholesale Tasman is a locally owned, family run Wholesale Supplier, delivering all across the top of the South Island. We are based in Richmond, Nelson.

This entry level position will be fully trained and doesn’t require any previous office experience.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Wholesale invoicing
- Organising standing orders
- Answering the phones/taking orders/dealing with wholesale related queries
- Goods receipting of incoming goods
- Other general office duties including filing etc and assisting the Office Manager as needed

- Team Player - who will support and collaborate effectively
- Problems solving skills, initiative and can think on your feet
- Excellent computer skills and confident with working your way around computers
