**About AUT**

**About the role**

Your team includes the marketing for domestic and international, student recruitment which includes the national school's engagement team, inbound enquiry channels and courses counselling services group. You will also oversee and be responsible for recruitment events.

**Skills and Experience**

You will have:

- Sound experience as a marketing strategist and leading large scale marketing campaigns
- Experience in leading high performing teams
- Strategic leadership experience and knowledge of business and strategic planning
- Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience with Student Recruitment or sales
- A sound understanding of Ti Tiriti o Waitangi. Knowledge of f tikanga Māori is desirable
- Previous experience working in a university will be advantageous
