**Job Description** Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**
We are looking for a highly organised person to join the International Marketing and Recruitment Team. This is a varied role, so will suit a person who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being part of a supportive team.
Reporting into/working closely with the Deputy Director - International Marketing and Recruitment, you will be organising and assisting with organising events, meetings/minutes, projects, reports, presentations, working to tight deadlines, raising PO numbers/receipting, managing event bookings and providing administration. Your efficiency and ability to pre-empt the needs of the Deputy Director, professionalism, attention to detail and calmness under pressure will be well received and valued in this role.
This is a 5-6-month fixed term role (**37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday**) role (may have the potential to extend) - immediate start preferred
Remuneration: $65,000k - $70,000k (depending on level of experience)

You will be an excellent communicator, who enjoys being in a busy, challenging and varied environment. You will enjoy problem solving, engaging with multiple stakeholders, have sound technical skills and multitasking abilities and will bring a high level of administrative support. The role involves working with multiple stakeholders, agencies, and partners internally and externally.
**Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Strong organisational ability to optimise and prioritise conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment, to achieve deadlines and see responsibilities through to completion
- Good analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent self-management skills
- Working effectively without direct supervision, managing, and organising fluctuating workloads
- Able to cope with ambiguity and change
- Effective team member
