- Be a role model for all of your people, your passion for ECE, encouraging approach and genuine interest in the development of others, will inspire and elevate the performance of your team — and the centre overall. Someone whose rich experience and depth of knowledge and experience in ECE, can provide the guidance and support to ensure the highest quality ECE services for our families.
- Hold current ECE Teacher registration, you’ll have proven people leadership experience, backed by a strong track-record across the other key elements that are critical to operating a wonderful centre. An exceptional communicator and relationship builder, your ability to innovate, reflect and push beyond the boundaries will also indicate you are the best.
