Auckland One Rail are proud to employ many of the people you see running trains and on the station platforms in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland. People are our biggest asset and we are looking to expand as we work towards the opening of the City Rail Link (CRL).

Due to a number of secondments to the CRL project, we are looking for several Customer Service Ambassadors on a part-time, fixed term basis to 31 December 2025. Based out of Waitematā/Britomart, you will work 6am to 10am, Monday to Friday, and will be tasked with looking after our customers during the busy morning rush hour period.

This is an entry-level position and a foot in the door to an industry that might interest you, or the chance to learn the ropes in a completely new environment.

Start date - 10 March 2025

End date - 31 December 2025

Full paid training and uniform provided.
