- $27.76-$28.00 per hour, based on your skills and experience_
- This is a full-time position with a minimum expected week of 30 hours per week._
- Due to the nature of hosptiality, we are a 7-day business, shifts will vary from morning to night and days will vary._
As a Duty Manager at Master Kong, you will be running the venue on a shift-by-shift basis and motivating your team to achieve nothing short of excellence Your primary role is to be a fantastic host to our customers and the local community. We’re seeking a hospitality superstar who lives and breathes amazing hospitality, someone who views the hospitality industry as a potential long term career
- Has previous experience running shifts in a busy venue (1 years hospitality experience)
- Is a motivated, passionate, friendly and reliable person
- Is open to learning and developing their skills
- Enjoys a good yarn and engaging with customers
- Has great leadership and communication skills
- Has excellent food and beverage knowledge
- For compliance purposes, has a valid LCQ and Duty Managers license
