Unveiling a brand-new chapter in Mount Maunganui, we proudly introduce 4 Square Mount Maunganui Nestled at the very heart of this vibrant locale, is our newly built 4 Square store that will offer barista made coffee, great food-to-go selection, all the everyday essentials and fresh faves that our customers could want, and all while providing the local service that Four Square is famous for. We are a family run business and have our people and community at the heart of our store.

With our official opening set for October, we are seeking 2 **Evening Duty Managers** to join our new team. You’ll be working alongside a strong team and Owner Operators to help deliver a shopping experience that is second to none.

**The Role**:

- Provide a high level of customer service and assisting customers where needed - primarily across Checkouts but also across other departments when needed.
- Manage the staffing, shop standards, and store closing responsibilities.
- Ensure a consistently fresh & appealing shopping experience for customers.
- Help deliver on financial performance targets including budgets, wastage, and sales forecasting.
- Work either Sunday-Thursday 1.00pm-9.00pm OR Tuesday-Saturday 1.00pm-9.00pm

**What are we looking for**:
Proven duty manager experience and managers liquor licence are preferred

Experience within grocery, chilled & frozen foods are advantageous
- Reliability, integrity, and a team player
- Self-starter aptitude and a flair for seamlessly transitioning between diverse departments are your forte.
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
