Working at Roxie's will be very busy yet rewarding We are looking for our next Duty Manager to join our lovely team As a Duty Manager, your role is to run the establishment on a shift by shift basis, reporting directly into your Venue Manager. Your primary role is to be a fantastic host to our customers and the local community
- Please note: applicants must be able to work evening shifts - experiencing managing busy evenings is a big bonus_
**What we’ll love about you**:
- Minimum of 1 years experience managing shifts in a vibrant, fast-paced venue
- You will have proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
- You will have good food & beverage knowledge and high focus on customer experiences
- You will be able to shift gears as required - there will be the need to change and flex in this role
- You will be energetic and enthusiastic with great communication skills
- Have a passion for upskilling others and celebrate their successes
- And of course, from the compliance angle you will need your LCQ & Manager's Certificate
