Are you ready to make a difference? We're currently hiring for our next **Store Manager at our Remarkables Outlet Store**

**The **WHAT**?**
- This opportunity is for 40 Hours per week working Tuesday to Saturday_

As a Store Manager of this location, you will
- Run the daily operations of an enthusiastic and dedicated team of 4+
- Use your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team on the daily, with the assistance of a dedicated Regional Manager to understand the customer's needs
- Complete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certified
- Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting
- Excel in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
