**The Brand**:
Our client is an established global company with over 20 years of designing and producing their own brands and stocking the latest in hiking, camping, outdoor and adventure apparel. This is a fast-paced, high volume retailer boasting over 16+ stores across NZ. With a diverse and rewarding culture, it’s an exciting time to join this growing business and lead their established Queenstown location as their new Store Manager

**The Benefits**:

- $60,000k Base Salary
- Bonus - Earn up to $7k per annum
- Staff Discount - 50% Off
- Work-life balance - 1 x Weekend off per month
- Tuesday - Saturday Roster
- Biannual Uniform Allowance

**The Role**:
As the Store Manager, you’ll have a passion for retail and be motivated to lead your team and the store to success:

- Coach and develop the team to build their capabilities and unlock their potential.
- Exceed store and personal targets and KPIs by driving the team and leading by example.
- Oversee and manage all Store Operations i.e. visual merchandising, stock replenish etc.
- HR Functions - Performance management, termination & recruitment

**About You**:

- Strong leadership experience in an ASM, Manager in Training or Store Manager position
- A confident, resilient and outgoing personality
- High level of understanding and experience with retail operations.
- Ability to inspire and drive sales results through your team.
- Provides exceptional customer service in a busy environment.
- Adaptable, flexible and can work well under pressure
