We're excited to be recruiting an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our Queenstown team and help drive a successful new chapter for NZ Uniforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer enquiries
  • Achieve sales budgets and KPI targets
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Manage stock, inventory control, stock takes, and ordering
  • Implement and communicate store policies and procedures
  • Take full ownership of store performance and team success

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of retail management experience (preferred)
  • Strong sales focus and customer service skills
  • Confidence with stock systems and computer technology
  • Visual merchandising knowledge
  • Excellent communication and people leadership skills
  • Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail
  • A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
